 A Blessing for the Unburdened Heart

Beloved one,

Rest here a moment.

You don’t have to be strong enough on your own.
You don’t have to carry what was never yours to bear.

Because the same God who holds the stars
comes close to you now—not with a heavy hand,
but with an easy yoke and a heart that is gentle and lowly.

Remember the sermon’s whisper from Matthew 11:
Jesus says, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
Not later. Not when you’re fixed.
But now.

So let the fear of the Lord be not a trembling dread,
but a warm refuge—a safe place where you can breathe,
where confidence grows like flowers in soft rain.

And know this too:
You are protected.
Not by your own perfection, but by the One born of God.
The evil one cannot touch your soul’s deepest place.
You are held.

So today, may your shoulders feel lighter.
May your heart play like a child in a wide field.
May you laugh easily, forgive quickly, and rest deeply.

This is your blessing:
You do not have to earn your peace.
You only have to receive it.

And it is already yours.

Uma Bênção para o Coração Livre de Sobrecarga

Amado(a),

Descanse aqui um momento.

Você não precisa ser forte sozinho(a).
Você não precisa carregar o que nunca foi seu para levar.

Porque o mesmo Deus que sustenta as estrelas
se aproxima de você agora — não com mão pesada,
mas com um jugo suave e um coração manso e humilde.

Lembre-se do sussurro do sermão, em Mateus 11:
Jesus diz: “Venham a mim, todos vocês que estão cansados e sobrecarregados, e eu lhes darei descanso.”
Não depois. Não quando você estiver “consertado(a)”.
Agora.

Que o temor do Senhor não seja um medo que aperta,
mas um refúgio aconchegante — um lugar seguro onde você pode respirar,
onde a confiança cresce como flores sob uma chuva mansa.

E saiba disso também:
Você está protegido(a).
Não pela sua própria perfeição, mas por Aquele que nasceu de Deus.
O Maligno não pode tocar o lugar mais profundo da sua alma.
Você está seguro(a) nos braços d’Ele.

Que hoje seus ombros se sintam mais leves.
Que seu coração brinque como criança num campo aberto.
Que você ria com facilidade, perdoe com leveza e descanse profundamente.

Esta é a sua bênção:
Você não precisa conquistar a sua paz.
Você só precisa recebê-la.

E ela já é sua.
