🌊 A Blessing from the Seashore at Night
May the Lord hear your cry from whatever shore you stand upon, be it the bustling edge of East London or the quiet coast of your own heart. As the festive lights illuminate the night—those human attempts to push back the dark—may you know a deeper, truer illumination: the coming dawn of God's kingdom.
Save now, we beseech you, O Lord.
Let this ancient prayer—this "Hosanna"—be on your lips. May you pray
it not only for personal prosperity but for the success of God's work in and
through you. For the Lord is good; his mercy is your constant, enduring
promise, a foundation more solid than any sea wall.
May you hear the Spirit's call in the midst of the
community's worship.
As the church in Antioch ministered to the Lord with fasting and prayer, may
you, too, find clarity in dedicated worship. May you be attentive to the voice
that says, "Separate for me..." for a work uniquely yours. And when
that call comes, may you be sent out, supported by others, yet propelled by the
Holy Spirit Himself.

drunkenness...quarreling and jealousy," is nearly over. The day of

Therefore, love abundantly—for love is the fulfillment of
all law.
Put on the armor of light. Clothe yourself with the Lord Jesus Christ. This is
not a passive hope but an active dressing for the coming day. Let your love be
the first light others see, a reflection of the eternal dawn breaking upon the
shore of this world.
Go in peace, loved, called, and awake.
Carry the irony as a treasure: that in owing an infinite debt of love, you are
freed from every chain. And as you walk, may the mercy of the Lord, which
endures forever, go before you and follow you all the days of your life.

☀️ A Dívida que Ilumina o Amanhecer
Esta bênção
traz uma verdade irônica e gentil da vida: nossa maior liberdade é encontrada
em uma dívida que nunca poderemos pagar. "Não devam nada a ninguém, a não
ser o amor de uns pelos outros" (Romanos 13:8).
Esta é a
dívida que nos desperta.
Em um mundo que muitas vezes parece uma longa e cansativa noite, você é chamado
para estar acordado. Compreenda o tempo; a hora já chegou. A salvação está mais
próxima agora do que quando cremos pela primeira vez. A noite do vazio, das
"orgias e bebedeiras... das brigas e ciúmes" está quase no fim. O dia
do pleno reinado de Cristo está prestes a chegar.
Portanto,
ame abundantemente — porque o amor é o cumprimento de toda a lei.
Vistam a armadura da luz. Revestam-se do Senhor Jesus Cristo. Isso não é uma
esperança passiva, mas um preparo ativo para o dia que vem. Que o seu amor seja
a primeira luz que os outros vejam, um reflexo do alvorecer eterno que está
rompendo na praia deste mundo.
Vá em
paz, amado, chamado e desperto.
Leve a ironia como um tesouro: que, ao dever uma dívida infinita de amor, você
